This methodology is the vertebral column of our activity. All our consultants are trained to use it. As our customers which use the PAD’s method (Alcatel, Esker, HP Perigrine, SAP, Hub Telecom … ) and which show their high level of satisfaction, you ‘ll benefit from numerous advantages :

A tried and tested methodology which was subjected to severe tests
By using the PAD’s method, you have access to the best tools and practices implemented by the market leaders : SAP, IBM, BEA, Digital. It results of several dozen years of operational experiences in the partnership management. Each of its modules consists of a presentation of the “best practices”, implemented recipes, and of a list of piloting documents which must be immediately used.

How to use it?
You select your priorities: the 25 modules of the method cover all the partnership characteristics : from strategy to operational through the organizations that need to be optimized or set up. You will be guided by our consultants to choose the modules dealing with your priorities. With you, we will tailor each module according to your company specificities. Thus you strategic messages will be included and the practical exercices will match with your colleagues’ daily environment.
